LifeguardEye is already being used in real-world aquatic operations, giving us practical experience with how computer vision can support safety, staff development, risk management, and everyday facility operations.

This session will focus on what we are learning from real-world use: what the system sees, what information it provides, how aquatic teams are using that information, and what has changed as a result.

You’ll also have an opportunity to hear directly from professionals using the system and discuss their experience with them: what they expected, what they discovered in practice, how their teams responded, and where they see the greatest value.

We’ll discuss:

• What has been learned from practical use of computer vision in aquatic operations.
• What facilities can now see that was previously difficult to observe consistently.
• How operational data can reveal recurring risks and patterns.
• How this information can support lifeguard coaching, training, and staff development.
• What changes when leaders can learn from everyday operations, not only incidents.
• How these lessons can be applied across other facilities.
